Lobbio is an association founded at the end of 2023 with the mission to advocate for good and democratic governance. Our work is rooted in transparency, the protection of human rights, and the strengthening of democracy. We strive to create better conditions for civil society and governance in the Czech Republic and the European Union.
The Lobbio team consists of seasoned advocacy experts dedicated to achieving tangible results in areas such as the right to access information, improving state administration, security policy, and media legislation.

Our experience is rooted in years of public-interest lobbying—from advancing freedom of information to driving criminal justice reform. We bridge non-profit expertise and legislative practice. Financing
Lobbio is funded from various sources. One of the main ones is the The Modern State Alliance.
Furthermore, the operation of the association is financed by the provision of professional services, such as advocacy, consultation, analysis and support in the promotion of system changes. In this way, Lobbio ensures the long-term sustainability and independence of its activities.
